Happy Christmas “Eve-Eve”, dear friends!! Well… I didn’t get everything done that I had hoped to do this Christmas season but there are just a few things left to do. I’m looking forward to taking a little blogging break for a few days and focus on spending time and enjoying friends and family. I have been thinking about you guys and hope that you have enjoyed your Christmas preparations and more than anything today, I wanted to wish each and everyone of you a very Merry Christmas!!
If you happen to be looking for a last minute idea or recipe, I thought I would do just a quick little round up of some of my my Christmas projects/recipes just in case you’ve missed something or if you’re looking for something last minute quick and easy.
So let’s jump right in!
If you’re looking for a quick, easy and delicious appetizer, you have got to try these yummy Brie Bites:
I shared this recipe back in November and it is by far my favorite holiday recipe! It’s really easy and it’s out of this world. You can find the recipe here.
Another quick recipe for a holiday snack that can be made in less than 10 minutes are these delicious Sugared Pecans:
I have shared this sugared pecan recipe each year on the blog and again, it just takes a few minutes and you can put them out in a bowl for snacks or you can toss them with a salad! You can find the recipe here.
If you’re looking for something special to make for Christmas morning, this popular Christmas breakfast casserole is easy and is always a big hit:
I have been making this Christmas breakfast casserole for 10 years now and I try to improve it every year. It’s so delicious and we look forward to it every Christmas morning! You can find the recipe here.
If you’re looking for a recipe for a quick sweet treat that everybody loves, you might want to take a look at these amazing Triple Chocolate Peppermint Cupcakes with White Chocolate Buttercream Frosting:
This recipe is so easy and is just a doctored up boxed cake mix and ready made frosting. In fact, you probably have most of the ingredients on hand. You can see the recipe here.
Last week, I shared this yummy recipe for white chocolate dipped gingerbread men and quick and easy DIY cookie/cake stands:
The homemade gingerbread men take a little time to make but you can buy pre-made gingerbread and dip those. I cannot tell you how delicious these cookies are with the mix of the sweetness from the white chocolate and the bitterness from the gingerbread! You can find the recipe and DIY project here.
If you’re looking for some last minute decorating ideas, I shared a few last week on my Deck the Halls post:
In my Deck the Halls post, I shared some easy gift wrapping ideas with white paper and I also shared some more poster board tree cone inspiration! By the way, it’s not too late to make some beautiful fabric covered poster board tree cones. These tree cones are great for centerpiece on a table or an entry way! You can read more about the tree cones and the instant downloadable pattern/templates available in my online shop by clicking the image directly below:
If you need a quick and easy last minute quick gift idea, I did a round up of all of my past gift projects from the last three years and I have included the projects from this year as well:
Several of the gift projects that I shared in the Handmade Holiday post are easy and quick to make. One of the easiest DIY gift ideas that I shared are these fun chalkboard cookie jars:
In the DIY chalkboard cookie jar post, I also shared a free printable template stencil to make the project even easier for you! You can find out more about that gift project here.
If you’re looking for a unique way to have fun with your holiday table or New Year’s eve celebration, I shared a fun DIY butcher paper festive tablecloth that is so easy to make here:
Lastly, as you finish wrapping your gifts, don’t forget about December’s free printable of the month thanks to the fabulous Lindsay with Chena Designs who created these beautiful free printable gift tags for us:
Well friends, I think that about covers everything!
