Happy Fall friends!
Fall is my favorite time of the year even though here in East Texas, it’s still so hot and humid that I feel like I’m gonna melt! In spite of the Texas heat, I finally got around to fall fluffing my porch and wanted to share it with you guys. If you haven’t already fluffed your porch, I have some quick and easy fall porch decor ideas to hopefully inspire you.
I just love all of the beautiful fall colors and textures. The porch is the perfect place to get creative and add touches of the fall colors that inspire you. Right now, I find myself drawn to fall jewel tone colors like purples, burgundy and raisin and this is exactly the color flowers and decor I gravitated to for my fall porch decor.
I can’t say enough about how much I LOVE this new paint! It’s a paint and primer all-in-one and all it takes is one coat! Perfect if you need to refresh/update any outdoor furniture.
I still can’t get over that beautiful smooth finish on my bench!
This year, I found some beautiful gray-washed wicker baskets and slipped mums in them. Baskets are such a quick and easy way to dress up plants.
Baskets filled with seasonal flowers and plants are another easy way to add a pop of pretty to a porch. A quick trick is to use a spray matte sealant to seal the wicker so the baskets will hold up better in the outdoors.
I found my baskets at At Home but couldn’t find them online to share with you. However, Walmart has some pretty gray-washed baskets:
Another quick trick is to slip in solar lights into your flowers and plants. At night, the lights look so pretty!
I shared these last year with the rocks and solar lights.
If you’re interested in any of the decor/products I used for my porch (or similar), you can find the links below the image.
I hope you’re enjoying your fall friends!
