It’s time for this month’s Artist Spotlight and we’re thrilled to be featuring the talented artist Lesley Grainger.
“Work in Progress” Lesley Grainger
Lesley’s painting is featured for August on our free printable artist collaboration calendar that we shared back in January here.
I have been a very big fan of Lesley’s art for several years now and I am so drawn to her beautiful use of color and her unique abstract strokes. Â Her work is such an inspiring combination and it has been so amazing watching her evolve as an artist over the years on Instagram here. Â Lesley always shares sneak peeks of her work in progress on Instagram and her feed just makes me smile. Â Just look at all of the fun colors and beautiful strokes.

What has always intrigued me with Lesley’s work is while she’s a huge fan of color and abstract strokes and patterns, her work is so beautifully balanced and composed. Â Her paintings are so harmonious and happy.
