I hope you guys had a fantastic weekend!!
I needed a last minute little card/favor for my daughter to give to her classmates for Easter, so I created this fun little watercolor printable card. I had NO idea that washable markers turn into watercolors when you add water! Â Well, they sure do and thanks to neighbor Denise for telling me about this, I couldn’t wait to create a fun watercolor printable for us. Â If you have little ones, this little printable is so easy to do and I really think the kids will enjoy receiving this.
So I created a printable card both Easter and Birthdays and there are two cards to one standard 8.5 ” x 11″ page. I recommend printing on thick smooth white card stock {without the linen lines} and after you print, just cut the card in half to create two cards:
After cutting the cards, color in each circle with a different washable marker color:
I also wanted glitter in my last circle, so I painted the circle with white tempra paint (which also turns into watercolor when wet) and I sprinkled gold glitter on the wet paint.
Next, use an Exacto knife to cut slits for the watercolor brush (I bought a pack of 12 cheap kids brushes) and slide your brush in the slits:
You can also have your child write a note or sign their name on the back.

I hope you guys can use these and enjoy creating them. Â I know my daughter and I have had a lot of fun with them.
I hope you guys have a great day and I will be back tomorrow with another last minute Easter projects.
Cheers!
