Chinese Chopped Chicken Salad

This Chinese Chopped Chicken Salad recipe comes together in less than 20 minutes using pre-cooked rotisserie chicken and Brianna's Poppy Seed Dressing. The combination of crunchy cabbage, lettuce, green onions, almonds, mandarin oranges, and crushed ramen noodles creates a flavorful dish that's easily customizable to your taste preferences.

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Cabbage Chopped
  • 4 Cups Iceberg Lettuce Chopped
  • 3 Green Onions Chopped
  • 2 ½ Cups Chopped or Shredded Rotisserie Chicken
  • 1 Cup Slivered Almonds
  • 2- 15 oz Cans of Mandarin Oranges
  • 2 Packages of Uncooked Ramen Noodles Broken up into small pieces (just the noodles, not the flavor packet)
  • 1 12 oz. Jar of Brianna's Rich Poppy Seed Dressing I use about 2/3rds of the jar
  • 2 Chopped Avocados optional

Instructions

  • Chop all ingredients (except oranges,avocados and Dressing) and lightly toss together.
  • Add about 2/3rds of the jar of dressing and thoroughly mix.
  • Lightly fold in the oranges and avocados.
  • I recommend chilling the salad about 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
