At Christmastime, you can get creative in so many ways, from your Christmas tree and holiday home décor (have you seen Cyndy’s gorgeous holiday home tour?), to your menu (we collected lots of mouthwatering holiday recipes here), and especially your gift wrapping. I try to come up with new creative gift wrap ideas and tags each year, whether I design them myself or download them.
Today, we’ve gathered some ideas for glamorous gift wrap, creative tags to create yourself or print, and festive printables to make the season merrier.
Gift Wrap
Bins of gift wrap, ribbon, and bows abound in stores this time of year, and it’s easy to get overwhelmed with all the choices. Here are a few ideas for wrapping pretty packages.
Kraft paper is a wonderful base for building beautiful packages. Here, kraft paper wraps the box, and burlap ribbon, yarn, and a simple but stunning boxwood wreath dress up the package.

White paper and gold ribbon, ornaments, and bells combine for one glamorous package.
For a rustic, natural look, wrap in kraft paper and dress with gingham ribbon, a sprig of fresh pine, a small pinecone, and a vintage-inspired tag.
Cyndy wrapped these pretty packages with white paper, ribbon, and decorative tape. The black-and-white decorative tape from Scotch looks so sophisticated paired with the gold ribbon.
For those of you who give cookies at Christmas, here’s a festive way to package your yummy baked goodies. (Watch out for the pointed sticks if giving to little ones, though.)
