Some of you guys may be too young to remember when Oprah had her own show and did her annual “Favorite Things” show. I just read that she’s been doing her favorite things for more than 20 years! Wow! I feel old because I remember her very first favorite things, do you?
Every year, I faithfully watched Oprah’s “favorite’s” show because if Oprah said she loved it, it had to be pretty fabulous because she has always been right on in her picks! In the past, I discovered my favorite Judith Ripka jewelry from Oprah’s favorites and Very Vera Cakes, La Mer Moisturizer
and I still order our incredible Thanksgiving smoked turkey every year from Greenberg, thanks to Oprah sharing it probably 18+ years ago (You have GOT to try it!).
I had no idea that she has continued her favorite’s, even after going off the air. I pulled up Amazon this week and there was a huge list of all of Oprah’s Favorite Things 2015 and videos of her talking about her favs. Her list is really long, so you’ll for sure want to look through them all but today, I thought I would share some of the highlights and things that really stood out.
Oprah always manages to find some of the newest (and coolest) tech stuff. Maybe this has been out for awhile but I had no idea there was a product to print your cell phone images instantly! I ordered one for my daughter for Christmas (shhhh…):
Fujifilm Insta Share Printer from Amazon
Maybe you guys have heard of this Amazon Echo device but this is a first for me. Apparently, you hook it up to an online cloud link and it is voice command and will play your music playlist, set the alarm, turn your lights out, search the internet and answer a question, take notes, etc.. It’s like Siri but more and some how, it can hear your voice command over music? Ok, mind blown and I even read the reviews, which are mostly 5 star, so I am very intrigued. Do any of you have one?

I was so excited to see this awesome Butter Nail Polish Wardrobe with a whopping 24 nail polishes for only $150.00. I’m obsessed with Butter nail polishes (hands down the very best), which are normally around $20.00 each, so this is a huge deal. I’m ordering the full set for using the polishes for stocking stuffers and keeping a few of the colors that I don’t have for myself because this is such a great deal per polish.
So, the nail polish wardrobe comes like this:
Here is a closeup of all of the colors included (some great ones)

If you’ve never tried Butter polish before, it really does go on like butter. They look like a professional did them because the finish is so stunning.
I also ordered this holiday candle from Nest. It must be good if it’s one of Oprah’s favorites AND it’s the #1 best selling scented candle on Amazon

Finally, someone made a clutch bag/wallet big enough to also slide in a cell phone! I have all these cute wallets but I can never slide my cell phone in them.
Arlington Milne Wallets from Amazon
They come in 11 really pretty colors and I am really loving the gold and Coral.
I always love to see the food yummies that Oprah always manages to find because it’s how I have found great stuff in this past. This set of truffle honey, oil, mayo, salt and sunflower oil sounds so good. Would be a great gift for a foodie for sure! It’s a great price too for the set.

Oprah also included this Elvis cake, which is: a Vanilla cake filled with banana custard and topped with peanut butter buttercream, a layer of chocolate ganache and a peanut butter sauce drizzle. They named it after Elvis because he loved peanut butter and banana sandwiches. Um, yes, Oprah, it looks so incredible!

I love to see what lotions and beauty products Oprah picks and this year, she picked this Lafco New York Freesia & Waterlily Complete Collection.

That’s really not a bad price for the set ($126.00) for everything that comes with it. Again, this might be something great to pick up and break up the set for stocking stuffers.
Last but not least, I am completely and totally obsessed with this Hartman gold and silver carry on spinner luggage that only weights 6.4 pounds. I do not need it but…
Hartmann 7R Global Carry On Spinner from Amazon
It’s pretty pricey at $650.00 but Hartmann really is the best brand for luggage. It looks really durable and at 6 lbs, that’s pretty lightweight. I’m not going to buy it but if santa is reading this, I have been a really good girl this year 🙂
Some great stuff and as usual and as you can see, Oprah does not disappoint! I would LOVE to know if you discovered something that you love too from past Oprah’s Favorite Things. Leave us a note in the comment section and hopefully we all can find new favorite things.
Thanks for stopping by friends!
Cheers!
