I just wanted to let you guys know that I’m taking a short blogging break and will be back to blogging in two weeks. I am heading to Italy with my Aunt Laura to celebrate her (big) birthday and I am so very excited. I have never been to Europe and Italy has been at the top of my bucket list since I was a child. Â I even named my daughter “Bella” because of my love for Italy, even though I had never stepped foot in the country.
I am planning on documenting my trip on Instagram, so if you’re interested in following along, you can find me here or search for me at thecreativityexchange.
I have always dreamed of one day seeing so many things if I ever got to Italy but of course, I won’t be able to see them all. However, I am going to get to see the top five things that have entered into my dreams many times and they are;
1) Cinque Terre:
2) Isle of Capri:
3) The Sistine Chapel:
4) Lucca:
5) Naples:
Yes, it’s going to be a whirlwind trip because we have jammed packed so many different parts of Italy into basically 8 days! I hope the adrenaline of finally seeing beautiful Italy with my own eyes will kick in and give me the energy that I’m going to need!
Have a great week and I will be back soon!
Ciao Bella!

Have a great trip and take some notes — perhaps one day we can all go together and do an Italian Cooking School. Sincerely envious!

Be sure to get to the Vatican early. The line for the Sistine Chapel can stretch for blocks.

Oh how fun! Hope you are enjoying the trip! That’s a dream vacay! 🙂 SO fun! I’ve never been, but I’ve always wanted to go… Eat lots of pasta and drink some yummy wine for me.
I was so excited when I discovered you are from nearby my house… I’ve found another blogger that lives in Alto! How funny is that?! Three bloggers in this area? Crazy, huh?! LOL! We need to do a girls’/bloggy lunch.
Be safe, and enjoy Italy!
