Maybe I’m the last to know here, but just in case, if you have never been in a World Market store (there are several throughout Houston), you are in for a very special treat, but you need a lot of time to sift through all of the goodies from all corners of the world! It’s old school Pier One multiplied times a hundred! World Market carries items from all around the world like Asian rice crackers that are really from Asia, French Champagne that’s really from France and Bali silver cuff bracelets that are really from Bali and Turkish rugs that… well, you get it… In other words, World Market is the real worldly deal and is a fabulous find. Just give yourself at least an hour to go through the store! Their pillows are amazing, here are some of my favs (keep in mind all of these pillows are around $19.99):
I LOVE World Market jewelry, which is inexpensively fabulous! I have also discovered on the World Market website here that they carry a large selection of fabulous “Online Exclusives” that are only available online. For instance, here are a few of the pieces I am in love with right now that are only available online:
World Market has a huge selection of soaps and bath products from around the world. The above soaps are made in Portugal.
Ok, well I could post pictures all day from World Market as I have found so many great things in their store and on their website. You can go to the Cost Plus World Market website here to see if there is a store near you or to shop online!
As promised, I have some fun projects coming up. Thank you again for your emails and comments! I was exited to hear that several of you have tried out the recipes from my last posting “Summer Staple Recipes”.
Enjoy shopping at World Market and I’ll be posting a project shortly.
Cheers!

Seriously, people are going to think they paid you for this blog, Cyn 😉
I love the store, too and have found many interesting gifts including carved stones for landscape decor, and some hard-to-find kitchen gadgets for way less than William Sonoma.
