Today, I wanted to highlight a painting trend that has really become popular lately that I just love and it’s horizontally painted stripes on walls. I really love this look because it’s a great and inexpensive way to really add a pop of drama in a space.
Isn’t that incredible!
Megan did a fantastic job and what she also shared a very detailed tutorial on here fabulous blog how she was able to get perfect crisp lines. She also shared how to measure for the stripes. It’s by far the best tutorial I have ever seen on how to painting perfect stripes and you can find it here.
Thanks to Megan’s tutorial, she has made it so easy for us to do this project on our own and I got to thinking about all of the wide stripe possibilities. So here is some striped eye candy to inspire us with all of the possibilities:
